A new retail lease transaction is the rewarding result of teams of real estate professionals using their expertise, experience and knowledge. However their are many beneficiaries to this transaction.


1) The Community

The local and federal government receives tax revenue which is then used to improve the communities.

In a retail lease the surrounding residents have access to new entertainment, goods or services.

New jobs are created bringing life in the job market, starting with general contractors/sub contractors, marketing agencies, vendors and finally employees to work the business.

Get a commission from the landlord for successfully brokering a lease transaction. Real estate brokers are then able to leverage this experience to future deals.


-Architect:

Are hired to create plans for the space that fit the Tenants ideas and requirements.


-Lawyers:

Get compensated by both sides for the legal services provided. Attorneys are then able to leverage this experience to future transactions.
